Juliana X

Juliana X is a dynamic force in the Dutch house and techno scene, blending a rich tapestry of influences and personal authenticity into her craft. Originally from Brazil and raised in Friesland, her passion for music and culture took her to Rotterdam three years ago to accelerate her DJ career. Her vibrant sets draw on the historical roots of Chicago house and the driving beats of Detroit techno, overlaid with acid tones, soulful diva acapellas, and ghetto vocals—an homage to her early exposure to eurodance, gabber, and her deep connection to hip-hop.

Her artistry goes beyond music. Juliana is a proud advocate for diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment within the dance music community. Through her sets and initiatives like  Zuperstition, she uplifts marginalized groups, championing people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and women in the scene.

With a mission to honor the pioneers of house and techno while pushing the genre forward, Juliana X is not only a DJ but a storyteller, uniting and inspiring through the universal language of music.
